Reason for closing:  Upstream
Additional comments about closing:  "The problem on Wayland was fixed by KDE team, on X11 it seems to be complex to be fixed. The bug seems to be unrelated to Archlinux."

This doesn't seem like an Arch packaging problem...and the problem could lie *anywhere* in the whole stack (kernel, xorg, kde, etc). With such vague info provided, you should probably start by visiting the proper support channels (forum/IRC/mailing lists/Reddit/etc) to see if anyone can assist with troubleshooting. Also, your GPU hardware details are missing.

You will likely have to figure this out by using a process of elimination e.g. does it repro with an LTS kernel?

It happens on two laptops with Intel Graphics, I tested with Kernel 6.1 LTS and the problem persists with it.

Ok, that seems to rule out the kernel then. Using SDDM as your display manager? Does it happen on both Xorg and Wayland sessions?
