Description:
hoe 4 dropped old style README parsing [1] which breaks the ruby-patience_diff build [2].

@loqs, thanks for reporting and also thanks for already providing a patch in the linked issue: https://github.com/watt/ruby_patience_diff/issues/6

I applied the rakefile patch in 1.2.0-2 :)
