Fetching Quotes from Gnucash 5.0 fails without these deps installed.

Now that Gnucash 5.1 is released and https://bugs.gnucash.org/show_bug.cgi?id=798815 is fixed, this even more noticable

Please change severity to "High." This package cannot function until this is fixed.
