Description:
When "rkhunter" is installed by "sudo pacman -S rkhunter", after the installation, if you try to run the tool by the terminal by "rkhunter", you get the following error message:

Unknown command. '/usr/bin/rkhunter' exists but is not an executable file.

Probably in the PKGBUILD the permissions to the bin file have not set properly. Please fix.

Additional info:
* package version(s): 1.4.6-3

Steps to reproduce:
* Install by "sudo pacman -S rkhunter"
* Run "rkhunter" by terminal and you get the error

That is on purpose. It's meant to be run as root. Please see [1].
