Description:
Updating from avr-binutils-2.39-2-x86_64 to avr-binutils-2.40-1-x86_64 fails due to conflicting ownership of "/usr/share/info/sframe-spec.info.gz" with core package binutils

Checked upstream bug tracker [https://sourceware.org/bugzilla/buglist.cgi?chfield=%5BBug%20creation%5D&chfieldfrom=7d] and found no relevant bugs.

Steps to reproduce:
Have binutils-2.40-4 and avr-binutils-2.39-2 installed
pacman -Syu
   avr-binutils_update_log (2 KiB)
