Details

Description:
ruby-puma fails check [1] since ruby-rack was updated to major version 3. Fixed by [2] updates the PKGBUILD to pkgver 6.2.1. It adjusts ruby-puma_fix_tests.patch for upstream changes. Drop depends on ruby-sd_notify no longer used. New dependency ruby-rackup as in  FS#77720 . Stop using fixed seed as [3] is marked fixed. There are known flaky tests with 6.2 [4]. [5] updates the PKGBUILD to current ruby guidelines. Generated packages have been checked with ruby-patron and ruby-falcon.
