DetailsThe current upstream https://sourceforge.net/projects/libxosd/ is not active and does not have a bug tracker. I suggest to switch the upstream to https://github.com/AndreRenaud/XOSD which is owned by its main author and has a newer version.

Was not able to build it, it looks like some kind of unmaintained archive
