DetailsDescription:
There's a few things that are incorrect in the WvStreams 4.4-1 package description: 1. WvStreams no longer has support for bdb hashes or openslp. You can safely remove the 'openslp' and 'db' dependancies. 2. The upstream URL should be: http://alumnit.ca/wiki/?page=WvStreams. A quick visit to http://open.nit.ca/wiki/?page=WvStreams (the old package location) should verify that this is the case. |

2) http://alumnit.ca/wiki/index.php?page=WvStreams4.4.1ReleaseNotes
"If it's not already on your system, you will need to install OpenSSL, which is required by WvStreams' cryptographic module. You'll probably also want a copy of XPLC, but it's not mandatory, since we bundle a copy in the WvStreams tarball. Then, all you need to do is the standard:
./configure
make
make install"
namcap reported link level dependencies for openssl and xplc. both will stay dependencies.
