It seems like some `agents` are missing. The program is therefore unable to start.

gradle 8.1-1

Steps to reproduce:
$ gradle --version
Error opening zip file or JAR manifest missing : /usr/share/java/gradle/lib/agents/gradle-instrumentation-agent-8.1.jar
Error occurred during initialization of VM

Looks like `agents` are added in gradle-8.1 but not properly installed.
