Description:

Related to the TODO entry of setuptools removal [1] and the accidental removal of python-setuptools from `depends` [2].
There is upstream PR [3] to remove the dependency all together. Unfortunately the upstream maintainer didn't have time to finalise and release it yet. Based on their PSA [4] seems like the project is unmaintained all together.

Additional info:
* package version(s)
python-cerberus 1.3.4-5

* link to upstream bug report, if any

[4] https://github.com/pyeve/cerberus/issues/577

Steps to reproduce:
- remove python-setuptools all together from your system/chroot
- apply the PR, drop python-setuptools from the PKGBUILD
- observe all the tests (and cerberus as a whole) working just fine
