Description:
Cups cannot print on temporary queries on monochrome printers.
When permanent query is created, it also cannot print, because color model is set to color, but it is possible to change it to monochrome by system-config-printer.
This fixes the issue.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Add monochrome printer (in my case - HP LaserJet Pro MFP M28a)
2. Try to print via temporary query.
