Since 0.21.1-4, the following message is displayed when executing the msgfmt command.
It looks like libxml2 has been removed from your dependencies, so you'll need to add it again.

msgfmt: error while loading shared libraries: libxml2.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Ah sorry that slipped in while trying to remove libxml2 from depends, which obviously did not work.
