DetailsDescription: Without libkeybinder3, certain (<shift><del> for example) won't work.
Additional info: * plasma-desktop 5.27.3-1 Steps to reproduce: Clean install (VM or bare metal) using archinstall (BTW, I did report this on archinstall's github, but in thinking about it, this seems more like a dependency issue with this package), select desktop and choose kde. Complete install. Test various short-cuts. <shift><del> stuck out to me as I tried if shortly after a clean install. I looked to resolve if and didn't think of others to try... Install libkeybinder3. Logout and back in. Test various short-cuts. |

No component of KDE whatsoever uses libkeybinder at all. You probably have something else intalled on your system that is intercepting the shortcuts.
