after upgrading mkinitcpio (34-2 -> 35.1-1) I get the following error:

Running build hook: [keymap]
loadkeys: Unable to open file: : No such file or directory

This leads to an empty keymap.bin inside initramfs.

As result I have to type my crypt-password on a english keymap while using a german keyboard.

When i switch back to Version 34-2 ist works fine
This task depends upon

Hey Martin!
I have the same version of mkinitcpio (35.1-1) but do not get the same problem. Could you post the contents of /etc/vconsole.conf and /etc/mkinitcpio.conf?

Also note that mkinitcpio development is happening on gitlab[0], so depending on our findings we might have to move the issue there!
