Details

Description:
The hipmagma package was renamed to magma-hip. python-pytorch-rocm breaks updating and is not reinstallable after removing and updating.

Steps to reproduce:

# pacman -S python-pytorch-rocm
resolving dependencies...
warning: cannot resolve "hipmagma", a dependency of "python-pytorch-rocm"
:: The following package cannot be upgraded due to unresolvable dependencies:
python-pytorch-rocm

:: Do you want to skip the above package for this upgrade? [y/N]
error: failed to prepare transaction (could not satisfy dependencies)

Renaming the dependency makes the packages build again. See patch.
