Description:
Requires `gst-plugins-good` as a dependency. Otherwise no codecs will be available making it pretty useless.

Steps to reproduce:
Install `kooha` without `gst-plugins-good`

for mp4, yes, but gif should still work.

Will add as an optdepends, it is not a hard dependency but yes can be used for additional output formats.
