Description:
VirtualBox runs into an error with message "The following help file could not be found: /usr/share/doc/virtualbox/UserManual.qhc" when trying to invoke the help. In fact, the whole folder /usr/share/doc/virtualbox doesn't exist.

Additional info:
I found a similar bug report upstream, the recommendation was to install the official package: https://www.virtualbox.org/ticket/21456

After looking at one of these packages, I found the files we needed here. I temporarily created and installed my own package from the Debian package just for the docs, and after that the help is available now.

Steps to reproduce:
Press the F1 key anywhere at any time

Please include the help files in the Arch package as well, like Oracle has done with the official packages of other distributions.

I've created a patch to include the documentation in the VirtualBox package.

I've revised the patch to just fetch UserManual.pdf from the source and only generate the help files locally.
