Description:

The zathura package is currently build against girara 0.3.7 but the current release version of girara is 0.3.9 which includes new features for zathura like support for non-ASCII keybindings.

Since girara has been flagged outdated for a while and is only used by zathura, ideally the package maintainer for zathura should also build girara to avoid these issues.

Reason for closing:  Fixed
Additional comments about closing:  I pushed `girara` 0.3.9 and a new `zathura` release built against it in [community-testing]. I put myself as a co-maintainer for `girara` so I'm now able to package both of them on the same schedule.

Sorry, but this is reporting a bug for an outdated pkg by stealth. Reporting bugs for outdated pkgs is expressly forbidden as per the big fat warning at the top of every ticket. The best I can do for you is notify the PM's which is now done.

I think the bug here is that the library and app that is the sole consumer of the library are packaged by different people on a different schedule.

@alerque Indeed, I put myself as a co-maintainer for girara (as I'm already one for zathura) so I'll be able to package both the library and the app at the same time/on the same schedule for the future :)

`girara ` v0.3.9 as well as a new zathura release built against it are now both in community-testing ;)

https://archlinux.org/packages/community-testing/x86_64/girara/
https://archlinux.org/packages/community-testing/x86_64/zathura/

As I said in my previous comment, I adopted `girara` so I'll be able to package both `girara` and `zathura` on the same schedule for the future :)

I'm closing this ticket.
