xorgproto is defined as requires in pkg-config file ice.pc. Please move it from makedepends=() to depends=().

It's a header-only dependency defined here:
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/xorg/lib/libice/-/blob/5b9d4d27a2b8441e966d701bf337ace848c4e4fd/ice.pc.in#L9
