When trying to use ZHA, Zigbee ZNP devices don't work any more. Maybe zigpy_znp was included upstream before. Note: AUR pkgs cannot be optdepends unless promoted to main repos.

Unless Alexander wants to maintain these in [community], I'm going to close as won't implement. As Toolybird stated, we don't optdep on AUR, perhaps this should be documented on the wiki instead. I'm on the Z-Wave side and don't have any Zigbee device to properly maintain Zigbee packages.
