Libata was updated with a fix that rectifies certain Tiger
Lake SATA controllers, and this blocks several people,
myself included, from a kernel update until an updated
version is included. Can we merge this in arch before it
gets merged upstream, as otherwise these kernel versions are
unbootable for some users.
