Details

Libata was updated with a fix that rectifies certain Tiger Lake SATA controllers, and this blocks several people, myself included, from a kernel update until an updated version is included. Can we merge this in arch before it gets merged upstream, as otherwise these kernel versions are unbootable for some users.

I have thinkpad T470 and I have same problem, not able to boot. So I did downgrade to 6.1.12-arch1-1, now I can used my laptop.

@heftig appears to have reverted the problematic patch. Please try linux 6.2.2.arch2-1 in [testing]

yes, 6.2.2-arch2-1 from [testing] is booting.
