I'll take care of this as soon as we get our *current* Electron builds building again and the new actually supported releases out. We're way behind.

New electron stuff is mostly up to speed. This PR is waiting on tooling, our new Git tooling is missing an AUR migration that keeps history.

21 is also freed up now and will be removed as soon as the AUR allows pushing history.
