Description:
Rygel service is not recognized by systemctl.

Additional info:
* package version: 1:0.42.1-1
* default config

Steps to reproduce:
```
$ sudo pacman -S rygel
[...]

$ sudo pacman -Ss rygel
extra/rygel 1:0.42.1-1 (gnome) [installed]
UPnP AV MediaServer and MediaRenderer

$ sudo systemctl daemon-reload

$ sudo systemctl status rygel
Unit rygel.service could not be found.

$ ls -l /usr/lib/systemd/user/rygel.service
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 167 11. Feb 10:01 /usr/lib/systemd/user/rygel.service

$ cat /usr/lib/systemd/user/rygel.service
[Unit]
Description=Rygel DLNA/UPnP server

[Service]
Type=dbus
BusName=org.gnome.Rygel1
ExecStart=/usr/bin/rygel
Restart=on-failure

[Install]
WantedBy=default.target

```

systemd user services need to be started without sudo and via `systemd --user start foo.service`. Same format for status etcetera...
