Currently two mirrors in Italy are having issues:
- mirrors.prometeus.net/archlinux: returns a 403, looks like it has been discontinued
- archlinux.mirror.server24.net: not updated from 26/01/2023

I think it would be necessary to contact the administrators of the mirrors and ask them to fix, if not possible maybe it would be better to remove these two mirrors from mirrorlist than to provide broken mirrors.

https://mirrors.prometeus.net/archlinux/lastsync returns valid data.
However, that mirror has not been updated since 2021-12-12. So I doubt that the mirror is active.
I'll notify the mirror admin that we're disabling the mirror and they can get back to us if they choose to continue hosting and updating.

Regarding archlinux.mirror.server24.net, I've contacted them as well to notify that their mirror is out of sync.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, I'll come back here when I have more information.

Set a 1 week notice before marking the mirror as inactive and closing the ticket.

Server24.net has been updated, as for the other mirror they will have to get back to us if/when they want to become public again.
