Description:
Spyder IDE needs the package "python-appdirs" as a dependency to run. By installing the package "spyder" without "python-appdirs" one will get the error message shown in the output of running "spyder 2> debug.txt". After installing "python-appdirs" the issue gets resolved and Spyder is able to run.

I've set the severity to low since this is not an IDE many people use.

Additional info:
* package version(s): 5.4.1-1
* config and/or log files etc: the output of the files in file attach
* link to upstream bug report, if any: none

Steps to reproduce:

-Install spyder package
-Attempt to run it.
