Description:
Our upstream systemd-networkd test suite started complaining with the latest iproute2 (6.2.0-1), as there appears to be a missing separator in the `tc -d class show` output:

Notice the missing ': ' before 'prio'.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Copy the two attached files to /run/systemd/network
2) systemctl restart systemd-networkd
3) tc -d class show dev dummy98
   25-qdisc-htb-fifo.network (0.8 KiB)
   12-dummy.netdev (0.1 KiB)
