Description:
Current curl package sets its default User-Agent string as "curl/7.88.1-DEV", which might lead to confusion about whether it's built from stable release or not.

1. Execute curl -v -o /dev/null http://www.google.com/
2. Observe "User-Agent" field in HTTP request header

curl is built from a signed git tag plus cherry-picked backports. User_Agent has -DEV because LIBCURL_VERSION has -DEV because that is what the git has. tarball releases do not have -DEV because it is removed by [1].
