`/etc/xdg/autostart/gnome-shell-overrides-migration.desktop` needs `OnlyShowIn=GNOME` to don't start when I use Plasma

This file was removed upstream via https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-shell/-/merge_requests/2611. So I guess a future gnome-shell upgrade will fix this.
