Description:

> If I try to load any web page such as https://google.com, Firefox simply fails to load the page.
> Trying with https://216.58.212.174 same issue.
> Opening a web page served on the same LAN (hosted on a NAS) fails to load.
> Opening a local web page loads successfully.

User recompiled w/o the patch and claims success

But something is wrong here. If it were broken "entirely" then all hell would have broken loose by now, and that simply hasn't happened. There must be other factors at play for those users in the BBS thread.

Please comment on  FS#76684  for matters related to the patch.
