Description:

The mirror https://theswissbay.ch/archlinux has not been updated since 23-Jan-2023. I noticed this because I haven't had any updates in over a week.
When I switched to another mirror (https://mirror.init7.net/archlinux/) I got over 267 packages that needed an update.

Steps to reproduce:
If you check the lastsync file on https://theswissbay.ch/archlinux/ you can see that there hasnt been an update since 23-Jan-2023

I understand that this ticket was created a while back.
But as it stands, the mirror appear to be syncing.
The latest one being Thursday, February 16, 2023 6:04:17 PM which is ~2h from writing this comment.

The completion rate is reported to be 97.5%.
I'm new to this game but that might be within reasonable differentiation for a Tier 2 mirror?
