Description:

It would be nice if xandikos package could create separate user `xandikos` and data storing directory `/var/lib/xandikos` using systemd-sysuers and systemd-tmpfiles when installing the package to follow Web application package guidelines[1].

xandikos upstream document[2] and example files[3] also assume users will create dedicated xandikos user and data directory, so it is convenient for users to create them automatically during installation process.

0.2.8-4 didn't actually make it to the repos. Will re-close when the Git migration is over.
