Description: RSS Guard application uses Qt icon theme loading capabilities (QIcon class) and this needs to have "qt6-svg" installed to be able to load SVG-based icon themes like breeze in KDE.

Add "qt6-svg" to dependencies, it is almost always needed and its absence kind of breaks RSS Guard because majority of DE default icon themes are SVG (notably breeze on KDE).

This is nothing specific to rssguard. If you want to use a SVG icon theme, then of course you need to have qt6-svg installed.
