Description: Julia fails to precompile its LinearSolve package
Note that the package compiles with pre-built binaries from julia site. This is a packaging bug.

* config and/or log files etc.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Install julia using pacman
2) use ] to go to pkg mode
3 add LinearSolve

Upstream says "Arch builds the binaries incorrectly" and "wrong version of LLVM". I assume they mean this [1]. Dunno.

This has nothing to do with LLVM, but of course upstream couldn't miss a chance to rant about our packaging.
