How do you get such a namcap report? I don't get such an error here in clean chroot and namcap -i reports:

xorg-xwayland I: Dependency covered by dependencies from link dependence (mesa)

I created some fixes for namcap[1], because I found many problems with the current implementation. Especially the dependency resolution was a bit messy, and namcap was unable to handle circular dependencies properly (in this case: mesa <-> libglvnd).
