Description:
spice-gtk fails to build from source [1] due to missing makedepends on python-pyparsing.

Additional info:
* spice-gtk 0.41-5
[1] spice-gtk-0.41-5-x86_64-build.log

Steps to reproduce:
$ git clone https://github.com/archlinux/svntogit-community --single-branch --branch 'packages/spice-gtk' spice-gtk
$ cd spice-gtk/trunk/
$ extra-x86_64-build
   spice-gtk-0.41-5-x86_64-build... (2.7 KiB)
