Description:
Discord doesn't open, when I run the discord command, it shows:

Discord 0.0.23
Quitting secondary instance

If I run the command with the --debug flag:
[5792:0115/102943.866219:ERROR:node_bindings.cc(243)] Error parsing Node.js cli flags

Additional info:
* discord 0.0.23-1
* electron 22.0.1-1
* nodejs 19.4.0-1

That means the app is already running. BTW, current discord version is 0.0.24-1. Please update your system then reboot.
