Steps to reproduce:
1. Install lua51-posix
2. Run lua5.1
2. Run code: posix = assert(require("posix"))

* Solution:
lua51-posix needs a dependency on the lua51-bit32 package.
Installing lua51-bit32 solves the dependency.

Upstream has a bit32 dependency in their rockspec, which is unaccounted for in this package.
