Description:
Just recently clean-installed Arch and installed Quod Libet to go with it. It didn't load when it was initially installed, and from executing it via the command line, Python errored out saying libsoup was unavailable. ("ValueError: Namespace Soup not available for version 2.4")

This is fixed by installing the "libsoup" package.

According to Quod Libet's packaging guide, libsoup >= 2.52 is required for the program to run, so all that needs to be done is make libsoup a dependency of quodlibet.

Additional info:
* Package version: quodlibet 4.5.0-1

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install the quodlibet package.
2. Launch it.
3. Observe that libsoup is unavailable.
4. Install the libsoup package, launch quodlibet again.
5. Observe that Quod Libet can finally run.
