Description:
I can no longer read video files using `VideoCapture`

Additional info:
* gstreamer 1.20.5-2
* opencv 4.6.0-7
* python-opencv 4.6.0-7
* ffmpeg 2:5.1.2-1

Steps to reproduce:

```
#! /usr/bin/env python
import cv2

vidcap=cv2.VideoCapture('/tmp/video.mp4')
```
