This is likely an Arch bug, since it requires the electron packages to be rebuilt.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Upgrade system cleanly.
2. libkvazaar 2.2.0-1 is installed.
3. All stock builds of electron are broken.

Typo. I meant `kvazaar` not `libkvazaar`.

Never mind. I figured out my problem. This is a chain dependency on ffmpeg, which is supplied by ffmpeg-full-git on my system, which I need to rebuild myself. Sorry for the false alarm.
