This has nothing to do with clinfo, the issue is in ROCm. It only show in clinfo because it loads ROCm if it is installed/available.

It's a warning, not an error. I've silenced the warning by add "-DNDEBUG" to the compile flags, see the recently upated hsa-rocr in [community-testing].
