Description:
[digikam] 7.9.0-2 can require the [breeze-icons] package for non-KDE systems as outlined in [Arch Wiki Digikam](https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Digikam)

It would be helpful to users if [breeze-icons] was be added as an optional dependency when installing [digikam]

This has come up before ( FS#50095   FS#71508 ). While it's documented in the wiki, I can see how an optdep might be useful. But don't be surprised if the PM whacks it on the head as another dupe...
