kscreenlocker_greet pam unix (kde:auth) conversation failed
Same as above but auth could not identify the password

This happened today.
It looks like it is from kscreenlocker but i have not entered wrong password, never.

Priority is low because i can normally login

Cannot repro in a fresh Plasma VM. There was a recent forum thread [1] kinda related but that seems like a user error. You'll have to debug your system harder or use the proper support channels (forum/IRC/etc).
