Description:

When I run the command `apptainer version`it shows 1.1.3 but I would expect to see 1.1.4 as I have installed the package apptainer-1.1.4-1

Additional info:
* package version(s): apptainer-1.1.4-1


Steps to reproduce:

* install apptainer-1.1.4-1
* run the command: apptainer version
* and see: 1.1.3

Yeah, this PKGBUILD is relying on pkgver() to create a "VERSION" file, but pkgver() runs *after* prepare() i.e. too late.

Geez, I wonder which TU did that. Oh wait, it's me! Pushing a fix shortly.
