Description:

After the upstream refactored the project to use separate Git repositories, some parts of the project do not get delivered. The repository's restructuring is described briefly in the wiki:

https://github.com/stumpwm/stumpwm/wiki/Modules#modules-legacy

Additional info:
* First encountered by me in community/stumpwm-22.11-1
* Reproducible with minimal config (see below for steps)
* I am not aware of an upstream report specifically about this issue, although there is at least one similar report:
https://github.com/stumpwm/stumpwm/issues/1045

Note that Common Lisp programmers (myself included) are famously dismissive of Linux distributions' official packages, and quick to push everyone to use local recompilation [i.e., the various AUR packages such as stumpwm-git], so this problem could have existed for quite a long time, undiscovered; in the interest of actually fixing the problem, instead of merely issuing obnoxiously precise complaints, I am not going to bisect.

Steps to reproduce:

```
pacman -S stumpwm
echo 'exec stumpwm' >>~/.xinitrc
echo '(load-module "battery-portable")' >>~/.stumpwmrc
startx
```

"contrib" is currently a separate entity in the AUR [1]. It sounds like you are expecting they be packaged together?

StumpWM is borderline-unusable without the contribs, thus my original selection of "High" severity. Yes, the program runs and can be quit without issuing any OS-visible errors, so I suppose it is a judgement call.

I suppose one argument against including contribs would be that someone might want default stumpwm, together with the stumpwm-contrib-git AUR package; I still find it difficult to imagine someone not wanting any of the modules.

Firstly, I'd like to apologise for the lack of communication, I have been far too busy offline.

And lastly, you'll be happy to know that I'm in the process of adding stumpwm-contrib (pointing to latest git tag) to the repos.
