Description:
When copying files from window A to paste into window B, the clipboard isn't updated for subsequent pastes. For example, if you copy file Foo from window A, you can paste it into window B. However, if you then try to copy Bar from window A and paste into window B, file Foo (the first one copied) will be pasted instead.

Additional info:
* package version: 22.12.0
* link to upstream bug report: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=463095

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open two windows in Dolphin.
2. Copy a file from the first window and paste into the second window.
3. Select a different file from the first window and paste into the second window. The first file that was selected is pasted rather than the second one.

Um, it's good that you're reporting issues upstream, but it might be a bit premature to report here also. It's usually best to wait for upstream to confirm the bug and/or make a patch available. BTW, did this work previously i.e. is it a regression?

Yes, this worked in previous versions and downgrading to the previous dolphin package fixed the behavior.

I can´t reproduce your issue. It's working fine here.

It turns out there was an earlier reported bug I didn't find (I blame Bugzilla search) that has more discussion: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=462928 They also link a commit that was merged to revert what caused the bug: https://invent.kde.org/system/dolphin/-/commit/c8aed8ac81d9f7f3dc93a7570037041228a98bf4

As for reproduction, I encountered this first on my work computer, but trying on a home computer with the same software setup (Arch with KDE, running with X11) strangely didn't reproduce the problem. I have no idea what might be the difference between the two.
