DetailsDescription: `timidity++ -iA -Os` as a service or from the command line gets an immediate SIGSEGV. `makepkg -si` on the `asp checkout timidity++` trunk fixes it. Web searches show this being reported on other distros with the -Os option and fixed by removing that, but that didn't work for me. Another report (searching for the routine name) mentioned an unfortunate link resolution leading me to try the rebuild/reinstall. My config is the default config, I'm using pipewire-alsa. I noticed a few weeks ago that openttd music wasn't playing, but I was trying the new openttd release so I thought that was it. Today I noticed the timidity.service failure in the logs.
Additional info: timidity++ 2.15.07 pipewire-alsa 1.0.3.61-1 Steps to reproduce: $ timidity -iA -Os |
