Details

Description:
Upgrading singular 4.3.1.p2-3 to 4.3.1.p3-1 (latest version) breaks sagemath 9.7-3
sage (console) displays the message "sage.all is not available, this is a limited REPL"
jupyter lab fails to start the sagemath kernel.
Keeping singular to 4.3.1.p2-3 has sagemath functioning normally.
