The PKGBUILD for 'xorg-docs' lists a dependency on 'man-db' rather than the virtual provider 'man', preventing it from being installed alongside 'mandoc'. Notably, this prevents the 'xorg' package group from being directly installed on systems with 'mandoc'. Additional info: * Package version xorg-docs 1.7.2-1 Steps to reproduce: Run the command 'pacman -S mandoc xorg-docs', confirming the replacement of man-db if necessary. This will produce a conflict of 'mandoc' and 'man-db', originating from xorg-docs. |
