Description:
cannot upgrade software due to current bug

Additional info:
* package version(s): python-cairo 1.23.0-1
* error message, when updating software:
error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
python-cairo: /usr/lib/python3.10/site-packages/cairo/__pycache__/__init__.cpython-310.pyc exists in filesystem
Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.
-> error installing repo packages

Steps to reproduce:
- install one of the programs, that is requiring python-cairo package - https://archlinux.org/packages/extra/x86_64/python-cairo/ - there is "Required by" section, that contains list of those programs
- try to update

There might be no issues if to start from scratch. But currently, when upgrading, there is an issue.
